Return & Refund Policy

At BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, broken, or otherwise eligible product, you may request a return or replacement subject to the terms below.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date the order is shown as delivered by the courier.

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage, Missing, Wrong or Tampering Claims

For any claim involving a damaged, broken, missing, defective, incorrect, or tampered product/package, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

To protect both customers and BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED from transit-related disputes, customers must follow these instructions:

Start recording before opening the package.
The package must be clearly visible at the beginning of the video.
The shipping label/AWB must be clearly visible.
The video must show the complete condition of the outer package.
The video must continuously show the package being opened.
The product, packaging, invoice/accessories, and all contents must be clearly visible.
The video must not be paused, cut, edited, or otherwise manipulated.
The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous video.

An edited, incomplete, interrupted, or unclear video may not be accepted as sufficient evidence for a damage, missing-item, wrong-item, broken-item, or tampering claim.

Customers are strongly advised to keep the unboxing video until the return/replacement process has been completely resolved.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

A return or replacement request may be considered if:

You received a wrong product.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is received in a defective or broken condition.
An item or component is missing from the package.
The package appears to have been tampered with and the issue is supported by the required unboxing evidence.

All return requests are subject to verification by BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

Products that have been worn or used.
Products showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Products returned without original packaging.
Products returned without included accessories, tags, certificates, or other items supplied with the order.
Damage/missing/wrong-item claims where the required unboxing evidence is unavailable or insufficient.
Returns requested after the applicable return period.
Products damaged because of improper storage, cleaning, handling, or use.
Products specifically identified as non-returnable on their product page.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Customer name
Registered mobile number/email address
Reason for return
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Complete unboxing video, where applicable
Any other information reasonably requested by our support team

Our team will review the request and inform you whether the return is approved.

Do not ship any product back to BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED before receiving return instructions from us.

6. Return Approval

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved.

BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED may inspect photographs, videos, product condition, packaging, shipping information, and other evidence before approving or rejecting the request.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

7. Product Condition for Return

Approved returns must generally be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, together with:

Original product
Original packaging
Tags/labels, if applicable
Invoice/order details
Accessories or complimentary items supplied with the order

Products returned incomplete or damaged due to customer handling may be rejected.

8. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund will generally be issued through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment method used and applicable payment-processing procedures.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

9. Replacement

Where applicable, BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

10. Return Shipping

For an eligible return caused by an error attributable to BRAHMAKSH JEWELS LIMITED or verified transit damage, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed as determined by the company.

For other approved return requests, any applicable return shipping cost will be communicated before the return is processed.
